You'll be part of a collaborative team working on both new and existing platforms. From early ideas through to launch, you'll help shape experiences that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to our brand. Your work will directly improve how customers experience Bupa, making a real difference to their day-to-day lives.
If you're passionate about user-centred design and enjoy turning ideas into meaningful digital experiences, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll:
Turn business requirements into clear, intuitive designs and user journeys
Carry out user research to understand customer needs and test ideas
Create design outputs such as wireframes, user flows, journey maps and prototypes
Use tools like Figma to bring designs to life
Apply and evolve visual design standards in line with brand and design systems
Work closely with stakeholders to present ideas, share insights and gather feedback
Refine and improve designs based on research and input from others
Manage the full design process, from early discovery through to launch
Make sure designs are accessible, consistent and work well across different devices
Support and use design systems and component libraries to keep experiences consistent
Stay up to date with design trends, accessibility standards and best practice
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who puts users first and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
You'll bring:
Experience in a UX/UI design role (around 2+ years)
Strong skills in design tools such as Figma
Experience creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
A good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
Experience using a range of user research methods
Confidence working in agile teams and managing your own workload
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
Experience working with stakeholders and building strong relationships
A portfolio that shows your design work across web and mobile
You'll be someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys solving problems. A global or multi-market experience would be a bonus.
