Consumer Intermediary Adviser
Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)
Monday to Friday working hours between 8am and 5pm (8-4 / 8.30-4.30 / 9-5)
Salary £25,200
This role is office based with Hybrid working options available once signed off. - This is not a fully remote working position. Once competent in role and fully trained you will benefit from hybrid working which is generally two office days per week. Training will be fully on-site.

The Role provides a variety of telephony and email work predominantly, with a strong customer centricity focus. You'll help us make health happen by:
Answering and resolving wide ranging product and general queries from external intermediaries; interpreting individual client needs and developing sound understanding of their requirements
You will be handling inbound inquiries from intermediaries, offering intelligent solutions and educated alternatives.
Assisting intermediaries with the Bupa Consumer Intermediary Portal quoting tool and discussing renewal premium increases
Resolving queries and communicating complex information, proposing accurate and relevant client-specific solutions by telephone and email.
Building strong internal and external relationships with colleagues and intermediaries, networking, supporting, escalating and analysing information to deliver clearly defined solutions
