Location: Home based - c/o Bupa Place, Angel Court or Staines
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary range: from £44,800 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our Data Office and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare through data-led innovation.

How you'll help us make health happen:
As a Business Analyst in Bupa's Data Office, you will work with stakeholders to define and prioritise business requirements that support data-driven decision-making. You will turn complex insights into actionable recommendations, helping shape strategic direction and operational improvements. Your role includes developing business cases, identifying sustainable solutions across people, processes, and systems, and managing delivery plans to ensure readiness. You will facilitate engagement sessions, champion customer interests and data ethics, and support the adoption of new data platforms. By promoting evidence-based decision-making and building trusted relationships, you will help align teams and uncover opportunities that exceed expectations. Throughout, you will uphold Bupa's governance standards, ensuring ethical and secure delivery of all work.
