We're looking for a Clinician Contracting Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clinicians, negotiating contracts and fees, and supporting the delivery of value-driven healthcare services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reviewing and approving applications from clinicians seeking recognition with Bupa
  • Negotiating contracts and fee structures to deliver value for customers
  • Managing inbound clinician queries across phone, email, and webchat professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting the implementation of national tenders and agreeing changes to services contracts
  • Handling and resolving complaints in line with regulatory standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems with contract details and interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams and escalating issues when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Confidence negotiating and managing challenging or sensitive conversations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience interpreting contracts and working with data
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using enterprise systems and analysing information
  • GCSE-level education (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in healthcare or another complex, multi-service environment is desirable
