£70k - £75k DOE

As a Product Strategy Manager, you'll help shape the future of our UK Insurance product portfolio, ensuring our products and propositions remain customer‑centred, competitive and built to deliver fair value and good customer outcomes.
You'll work at the heart of Product, Proposition and Transformation, partnering with colleagues across pricing, clinical, governance, operations and distribution teams. Your focus will be on defining clear product strategies, translating insight into action, and helping Bupa respond confidently to a changing healthcare and insurance landscape.
