This role is responsible for overseeing the Campus Curriculum programmes and translating organisation capability requirements into relevant & impactful learning deliverables.
Working as part of a global & central team, this role will be accountable for creating, delivering and adoption of a variety of learning interventions, for Campus, to ensure high quality and engaging learning experiences, both in person and virtually, through content that supports delivery of our strategy and ambition.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Owns the full end to end learning process, including scope, design, delivery/delivery oversite and evaluation of interventions of our most senior leadership programmes.
Identifies and clarifies organisational learning requirements including understanding business priorities, and defining strategic capability gaps
Recognises and understands individual organisational cultures across and differing levels of maturity across Bupa and how these impact on learning solutions
Contributes to & supports the consultants to design wide reaching, innovative, impactful and engaging programmes, interventions, events that appreciate the needs of a diverse audience and align to organisational needs
Builds and maintains successful internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels and across boundaries.
Oversees all programmes, through a comprehensive project management approach, ensuring delivery is on track and to budget, resolving issues and acting as an escalation. Managing capacity and resources across the consultants.
Research best practice and latest thinking, utilises stakeholder feedback and lessons learnt to continuously improve solutions, evolve existing programmes and drive innovation & creativity in design.
Identifies, manages relationships and co-creates with partners and suppliers to deliver the best, seamless outcomes that meet the organisation needs.
Implements robust governance & maintenance processes to learning initiatives, ensuring their future viability and longevity across all programmes
Evaluates learning initiatives in line with agreed learning & engagement outcomes, utilising multiple levels of evaluation and all relevant data outputs such as feedback, NPS, engagement, adoption, impact & ROI measures
Measure the overall impact of multiple interventions in their contribution to business objectives, proactively uses data outputs to evaluate initiatives, makes informed decisions and collaborate, support and coach Learning Capability Consultants to continuously evolve the learning offering
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
Proven experience across global matrix organisations of design, development and delivery of robust and measurable organisation wide strategies and plans that deliver impact and positive transformational change.
Proven experience within a global matrixed organisation of implementing a broad range of innovative and impactful learning interventions, covering a range of learning methods and content for a varied global audience, from Board level to frontline.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organisation, including CSuite.
Proven experience of delivering large, complex programmes of work inside of time and budget requirements.
Strong networker with a collaborative approach across global, virtual teams.
A thought leader in learning, apprised of current trends and challenges
The ideal role holder will bring a level of experience and expertise in instructional design and developing content for senior leaders, that engages a diverse global workforce.
