Flexible / Hybrid working options
Fixed Term Contract = 12 months
£40,000 - £47,000 DOE
Fulltime – 35 hrs
Role Overview
The Digital Analytics Specialist will join our key Digital Insights & Analytics team based in
our great central Brighton office. You will be responsible for designing an Adobe
Analytics implementation for a new portal, building reporting and analysing online user
behaviour, identifying suitable measurement strategies.
You will report into the Lead Digital Analytics Manager, part of the wider Digital team,
you will build great relationships with stakeholders, working collaboratively to identify
opportunities to drive additional value, improve efficiency and enhance the customer
experience online, advancing customer acquisition and retention and ensuring our
customers receive the best possible service.

What you'll do:
• Design a new implementation of Adobe Analytics for a new portal
• Work with our analytics implementation partner to deliver the designs
• Produce reporting and create engaging dashboards to empower people to make
decisions based on data
• Analyse digital data to produce actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders to understand the full online customer journey and find
areas for opportunity and improvement
• Translate business objectives into tracking and reporting requirements, advising
on benchmarks and KPIs
• Support on developing and executing an A/B testing roadmap to continually
optimise the online experience
What you'll bring:
• Experience designing an Adobe Analytics implementation essential
• Experience using Adobe Analytics to deliver meaningful insights to a business
• Very strong data analysis skills, ability to identify and explain patterns, trends and
anomalies in the data
• High attention to detail
• Great communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex analysis
into engaging insight
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing channels and ROI/performance reporting
• Technical skills in tagging, Tealium experience advantageous
• Ability to multitask, self-prioritise, and communicate progress and expected
milestones
