This role is not just about operational leadership—it's about strategic innovation, commercial growth, and clinical excellence. You'll be responsible for developing a thriving self-pay business, enhancing insured pathways, and expanding into new service areas such as specialist GP-led dermatology, physiotherapy, and aesthetic services.

How you will help us make health happen:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the growth strategy for consultant-led services, aligned with Bupa's Connected Care vision.
• Commercial Performance: Deliver revenue and profit targets for musculoskeletal and dermatology services, while identifying new market opportunities.
• Clinical Excellence: Ensure services meet or exceed CQC standards and Bupa's internal governance frameworks.
• Customer Experience: Champion a world-class experience for patients and consultants, with high NPS and Pulse scores.
• Talent & Partnerships: Attract top-tier consultants, build strong third-party relationships, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Innovation: Collaborate with Product and Connected Care teams to develop new pathways and services for both insured and self-pay customers.

 What You'll Bring:

• A strong track record of commercial success in secondary care or outpatient services.
• Proven experience leading large, complex teams in regulated clinical environments.
• Deep understanding of healthcare governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• A passion for customer-centric innovation and continuous improvement.
