  • Work closely with clinical, financial, and marketing teams to gather insights and data that inform policy decisions.
  • Analyse complex information and turn it into clear, actionable policy recommendations.
  • Present your recommendations in a structured, engaging way to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through feedback, complaints, and changes in healthcare trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure policies are applied consistently and effectively.
  • Support the creation of new codes and pricing structures in line with policy changes.
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on policy matters.
  • Help ensure our policies reflect our commitment to fairness, transparency, and excellent customer care.

What We're Looking For

  • A-levels in biomedical, scientific or mathematical subjects – or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in policy development, medical assessment or writing is a plus, but not essential.
  • A good understanding of healthcare and the ability to interpret clinical information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – including root cause analysis.
  • Confidence in working with data and presenting insights to different audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and work well with others.
  • A flexible, proactive approach and a willingness to adapt to change.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
