Job Description:
People Business Partner (Sec)
Kirkstall Forge Leeds, Bupa Place Salford Quays, Victory House Brighton, Angel Court London.
Fixed Term (12 months)
Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary £48,000 DOE + fantastic benefits
Job Purpose:
The central focus of this role is to plan and implement business interventions and projects that deliver Regional People Plans and BGUK MU initiatives. These may be one off in nature or cyclical and will vary in size and may have short or medium term impacts. This role will at times use diagnosis and root cause analysis to improve the solutions but will be guided in their work.
This role will work across regional boundaries, working within a team that will be mobilised to provide support based on operational needs. This role may be asked to work outside their own business line from time to time for
This role will undertake significant travel and will require nights spent away from home.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. The role holder will preferably need to be CIPD qualified or actively working towards a relevant qualification.
