Reward Consultant
Locations: Salford Quays M50 3SP, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds LS5 3BF or London
Full-time position: 37.5hours
Salary Range: £46,000 - £57,000
Hybrid and flexible working options available.
About the Role
Join Bupa's dynamic Reward Delivery team, where you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of cyclical and ad-hoc reward programmes across our business. You'll be at the forefront of Bupa's continuous improvement activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of reward projects and highlighting / tracking key risk indicators across a project's lifecycle. You will be engaging with various key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to gather feedback and input and driving changes through to completion. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the full reward cycle and all its elements, ensuring a seamless execution and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
