We make health happen
At Bupa, we're here to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and to make a better world. It's what motivates us, guides our choices, and shapes the way we work every day. As Clinical Governance Data Analyst, you'll play a meaningful part in this mission by supporting independent oversight of clinical quality across our global organisation.
You'll help make sure the data and insights used to inform decisions are accurate, transparent and easy to understand, strengthening confidence in our governance processes at every level.
You'll join a warm and supportive team where expertise, curiosity and care matter. You'll be helping colleagues across the business by giving them clear, reliable information that enables better conversations, better decisions and ultimately better outcomes.
How you'll help us make health happen
In this role, you'll look after the integrity and clarity of clinical governance data used across the Group. Your work ensures we have a single, consistent view of clinical risk and performance that senior leaders and committees can rely on.
You'll:
Take ownership of clinical governance data used for Group‑level oversight, reporting and assurance.
Make sure data is complete, consistent, traceable and reliable, helping everyone understand and use it with confidence.
Maintain clear definitions, metrics and standards to support accurate interpretation across different markets and teams.
Design, build and continually enhance Power BI dashboards and data models that turn complex clinical information into clear, actionable insights.
Be the team's Power BI specialist, helping embed strong visualisation standards and analytical approaches.
Provide robust data outputs that support clinical risk identification, assurance planning and committee reporting.
Manage and document data pipelines, flows and definitions to support transparency and auditability.
Work closely with colleagues across governance, risk, assurance, reporting and analytics to understand data needs and support suitable use.
Advise stakeholders on how to interpret metrics and understand limitations without assuming the role of decision‑maker.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience working with data management and cloud‑based dashboards (Power BI experience is essential).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights.
A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to consistency and transparency.
Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain data and concepts clearly to clinical and non‑clinical audiences.
Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience in healthcare settings is helpful but not essential.
