How you'll help us make health happen

As our Clinical Quality Improvement Manager, you'll:

  • Support the delivery of our global quality improvement strategy and priorities across Market Units.

  • Help teams build and track improvement plans, using clear measurement and evaluation methods.

  • Coordinate practical tools, guidance and training that build capability in quality improvement.

  • Translate insights from assurance activity into meaningful improvement actions.

  • Analyse quality and governance information to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Produce clear, accurate and engaging reports for governance forums.

  • Support the running of improvement and learning forums that promote shared learning.

  • Contribute to emblematic projects by coordinating evidence, risks, reporting and quality oversight.

  • Assist in reviewing digital health and technology‑enabled care pathways to make sure they're safe, effective and aligned to clinical requirements.

  • Support the development and communication of AI governance processes, tools and training.

  • Help monitor compliance with clinical governance standards across Market Units.

  • Assist with quality processes relating to third‑party providers and regulatory change.

What you'll bring

  • A clinical, scientific or health-related degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement or patient safety.

  • Practical experience supporting or delivering quality improvement in healthcare settings.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.

  • An understanding of clinical governance principles and how improvement fits within them.

  • Experience working across multiple sites, services or geographies (desirable).

  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies (desirable).

  • Confidence working with digital health and/or AI governance (desirable).

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues.

  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and a commitment to high professional standards.
