As a Front of House Co-Ordinator, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment at our London Head Office. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, including our Executive Team, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to care and excellence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

How you'll help us make health happen

  • Deliver a high-standard Front of House service across all operational areas.

  • Provide a 5-star meet-and-greet experience for visitors, including senior executives.

  • Make sure meeting rooms are ready and AV support is in place.

  • Use Eptura to manage room bookings and resources accurately.

  • Support internal events and maintain key contact records.

  • Report faults and health and safety issues via ServiceNow.

  • Carry out regular checks to maintain site standards.

  • Work closely with service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Key skills/qualifications needed for this role

  • Experience in a Front of House role, ideally in a corporate or hospitality environment is essential

  • Strong communication and organisational skills are required

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with room booking systems (Eptura experience is a plus).

  • A proactive approach and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to support occasional evening events.
