The role is a part-time role to coordinate activities for the Learning & Development Team in Group Functions and will be instrumental in ensuring our learning programmes run smoothly and deliver value to our learners and the organisation as a whole.
The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of internal training and development initiatives, with a strong focus on organisation, event management, learner engagement, and basic data analysis. The coordinator will ensure learners are invited to the right opportunities and will help monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys engaging with people, and has an interest in using data to improve learning experiences.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Event Coordination: Organise and schedule a range of learning events, workshops, and training programmes, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
Learner Engagement: Send timely and accurate invitations to learners, manage RSVPs, and maintain effective communication with participants before and after events.
Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, feedback, and learner progress using internal systems and spreadsheets.
Basic Data Analysis & Insights: Collate and analyse basic data on participation and feedback, producing clear summary reports and insights to support continuous improvement in L&D delivery.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for learners, trainers, and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and providing information as required.
Continuous Improvement: Support the review and enhancement of L&D processes, suggesting improvements based on data trends and participant feedback.
Finance support - processing of purchase orders, invoices, internal recharge.
Take the lead on planning and facilitation of the Group Induction, including room booking, diary invites, and catering.
Attend team meetings as required managing agenda and actions.
Skills & Experience needed for this role:
The ideal candidate will bring experience in administration, event coordination, or learning and development within a large digital, corporate environment.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience working data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present information clearly and effectively.
Communication & engagement: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Brings a warm, personable style with the ability to create memorable learning experiences, while maintaining a friendly yet professional approach to engaging both learners and colleagues
Shows resilience and a self-starter mindset: proactive in identifying issues and suggesting practical solutions.
IT Literacy: Competent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new systems for data entry and reporting.
Teamwork: Collaborative attitude, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
A confident, strong team player who adopts a collaborative approach and takes ownership of contributions and responsibilities to deliver business goals
