About the Role
Bupa Health Services is entering a critical phase of growth and transformation. We are seeking a Head of Strategic Development to operate at senior‑leader level, shaping and delivering high‑impact growth, partnership and transformation initiatives across our Health Services portfolio.
This role sits at the centre of strategy and execution. Acting as an internal strategic consultant, you will work closely with Executive and Leadership Teams to identify, evaluate and deliver opportunities that extend beyond existing Clinics and Specialist Services (CASS) and Diagnostic and Secondary Care London (DASCL) businesses. You will translate strategic ambition into commercially robust, operationally deliverable outcomes aligned to Bupa's Connected Care and BGUK strategy.
