Supplier Relationship Manager - Intra Group Relationships
Hybrid working with 3 days per week working from home
Salford Quays Manchester, London, Brighton, Staines or Leeds
12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary £51,800 - £64,700 per annum

As our IGA focussed Supplier Relationship Manager you will be responsible for maximising the in-contract relationship from Bupa's strategic suppliers. This includes, managing the suppliers within Bupa's Supplier Management Framework, ensuring compliance to Bupa regulatory obligations, reducing contract cost and extracting value and building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to obtain optimum performance from the supplier.
Building and managing relationships with our stakeholders is essential as you'll be covering provision to insurance, keeping internal contracts up to date and reporting them to our regulators and managing compliance.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Experience in managing supplier against the requirements set out in the FCA (SYSC 8/13) and PRA handbook.
Experience in either supplier assurance or audit
Knowledge of working with and managing outsourced Service Providers.
A good knowledge of supply chain processes and the tools and techniques that can be used to improve them.
Professional Procurement or Risk Management qualifications
Good understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance activities
Knowledge and experience of contract terms and conditions with an emphasis on drafting schedules
Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrable record of value-based delivery
Analysis, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to communicate complex topics in efficient and effective manner.
Ability to communicate effectively at all stages of organisation
Strong negotiation skills
Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels
