As a Finance Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting our Finance Operations team. You'll help ensure our sales commissions are calculated and paid accurately, while keeping our financial records clear and up to date.
You'll work closely with sales teams and finance colleagues across the business, helping them understand performance and ensuring the right information is available to support decision making. Your work will help keep things running smoothly and support a positive experience for our people.
How you'll help us make health happen
Take ownership of the end-to-end monthly sales commissions process, acting as the primary point of contact for all related queries
Ensure accurate and timely calculation and processing of sales commissions
Maintain clear and effective communication with sales teams to ensure commission schemes remain current and are accurately reflected
Manage the full administration of commission schemes, from initial setup through to reporting
Perform reconciliations and control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance
Support ongoing development and improvement of reporting and processes to enhance data capture, tracking, and efficiency
Ensure all queries are responded to and resolved promptly within agreed SLAs
Key skills/Qualifications needed for this role
Experience within an operational finance, commissions, or account management environment is required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, and clearly communicate insights and trends
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
