As a Partner Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality healthcare services to customers around the world. Working across Bupa Global and Bupa Global Latin America, you'll support relationships with our service partners who help manage healthcare networks, claims and customer care services. Your work will help improve operational performance, deliver cost-effective healthcare solutions and make sure customers continue to receive the support they need when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities
Support relationships with a portfolio of service partners and healthcare providers.
Help monitor partner performance through reporting, quality reviews and operational audits.
Coordinate and follow up on queries, helping to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams, service partners, providers and brokers.
Organise and support regular operational meetings covering treatment approvals, complex cases and claims administration.
Identify and support improvements that make processes simpler and more efficient.
Help deliver measurable savings through effective partner management and operational oversight.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and help deliver fair outcomes for customers.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
You'll have:
A Level qualification, NVQ Level 3 in Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience within international health insurance, healthcare operations, provider management, sales support or a similar environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
The ability to review information, identify trends and make recommendations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience resolving customer or business queries.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence influencing and working with others, even where there is no direct reporting relationship.
An understanding of regulatory requirements and customer-focused outcomes.
It would also be helpful if you have:
Fluency in Spanish.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
