You'll lead the creation of engaging digital learning experiences that support our people and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small team of Digital Learning Consultants
Oversee and project manage the design and development of digital learning content across I&F
Create compelling, high-quality learning experiences using modern digital tools
Act as a subject matter expert in instructional design and blended learning
Collaborate with L&D Partners to support curriculum development
Manage Bupa Learn administration and troubleshooting
Maintain and improve digital learning workspaces
Implement evaluation strategies to measure learning impact
Represent I&F Learning in discussions with People Tech and Group Digital Learning teams
Support continuous development of your team through coaching and training
What We're Looking For
Has experience designing digital learning in a global, matrixed organisation
Has led teams and delivered successful digital learning programmes
Is confident using instructional design frameworks and digital authoring tools
Can create storyboards and asynchronous e-learning content
Understands adult learning theory and pedagogy
Communicates complex ideas clearly and creatively
Is passionate about learning and curious about new trends
Is digitally savvy and up to date with the latest learning technologies and is an expert in their use
Has strong project and program management skills
Has strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills
