Fulltime - 35 hrs per week
Salary: £28,500 DOE + fantastic benefits
Role Overview
Core purpose is to drive sales of Bupa Global's Private Medical Insurance plans by engaging with potential customers, asking insightful questions, and listening carefully to their specific needs. The role involves qualifying leads, handling end to end sales through inbound and outbound calls for new business customers.
What you'll do:
• Contact leads who have created quotes on our sales quote portal and qualify the quality of these leads for sales opportunities.
• Ensure these leads are contacted in the shortest period of time following the quote being created.
• Answer inbound sales enquires where you will qualify new inbound leads and fact find on potential customer needs for sales opportunities.
• Follow contact strategy and lead nurturing framework for all leads so they are managed along the sales funnel.
• Offer phenomenal service to our customer through effective listening and questions to identify customer needs and suitability of product.
• Accurately complete medical history of your customer to determine correct underwriting terms.
• Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact.
