As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our strategic vision and profitability goals. You'll partner with commercial teams to deliver insights that drive growth, efficiency, and better outcomes for our customers. How you'll help us make health happen
Partner with UK & Africa teams to support commercial success and achieve profit and growth targets.
Deliver monthly performance reporting, including P&L analysis and insightful commentaries for senior stakeholders.
Support planning and forecasting processes, including annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
Analyse key performance drivers such as claims and commission trends, providing actionable insights.
Develop robust financial business cases for commercial decisions, pricing initiatives, and transformation projects.
Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams, influencing outcomes and sharing knowledge.
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Key skills/qualifications needed for this role
Qualified accountant with strong commercial awareness - please specify your qualification on your application
Experience in business partnering at all levels is essential
Proven experience in financial analysis, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and a knack for turning data into clear insights.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to bridge financial and non-financial understanding.
Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work across teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a curious mindset and a drive to go beyond expectations.
