As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you'll be part of our Financial Reporting Team (FRT) at Bupa Global. This team is responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial results and insights that support decision-making across the business. You'll be stepping into a key role while another team member supports a major project, making this a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.
You'll work across both management and statutory reporting, gaining exposure to international, multi-currency financial operations and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
How you'll help us make health happen
Prepare and analyse monthly management results for Bupa Global
Present financial insights to key stakeholders as part of the flash reporting process
Lead quarterly statutory reporting, including commentary and responses to Group queries
Manage the preparation of financial statements for various branches and oversee the audit process
Support wider team, market unit, or Group initiatives as needed
Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with Group policies
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
We're looking for someone who's financially literate and data-driven, thrives in a team, and enjoys making a difference through financial insight.
A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is essential. Please state this on your application.
Strong experience in both management and financial reporting, ideally in an international, multi-currency environment
A passion for process improvement and re-engineering
Excellent communication and influencing skills
A collaborative approach and a track record of working well in a team
The ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and the ability to process financial data quickly
A clear understanding of how your work supports fair treatment of customers
