The role also includes practical duties such as printing, packing, and dispatching documents - so being comfortable with active, practical work is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out fulfilment activities including printing, packing, dispatching documents, managing returned post, handling email bounce backs, and processing eClaims.
Take ownership of customer and internal queries, resolving them end-to-end without passing them on.

Work closely with the Customer Fulfilment Governance team to ensure compliance and quality.
Identify and log risk incidents and support governance and audit requirements.
Keep up to date with fulfilment procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Act as a point of contact for external suppliers on day-to-day matters.
Support new team members and contribute to team meetings and one-to-ones.
Be a role model within the team, demonstrating high standards and a proactive approach.
Suggest improvements to processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's highly organised, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference. You'll need:
A track record of meeting and exceeding productivity and quality targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering fair outcomes for customers.
Comfort with manual and physical tasks as part of daily fulfilment duties.
Familiarity with fulfilment processes and systems (training will be provided).
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to fulfilment (desirable but not essential).
