Brighton -Hybrid
Full Time
Permanent 35 hours
Salary £32,000 depending on experience

How you'll help us make health happen:
Accountable Subject Matter Expert for data enhancements during the lifecycle of Projects and the development and deployment of Bupa Global's new claims and provider systems
Responsible for developing KPI tracking process and communicate risk rag rating with each unit.
Central tracking of the strategic priorities of HCM across key provider platforms
Optimise with Data: Ensure a robust catalogue of provider data exists within HCM covering present day responsibilities.
Inspire and guide all areas of the business with all current and planned HCM initiatives than demonstrate how HCM is at the forefront of improving health outcomes as well as providing great customer experience.
Take full ownership of the material, mechanisms and cadence to most effectively socialise the HCM vision to internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate the roadmap, progress and key metrics to key stakeholders.
Coordination of strategically important E-claim onboarding across our provider and partner network.
Collaborative Working: Work closely with other HCM leads, Claims Ops Sale & Marketing to deliver first-class packaging of HCM deliverables
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Experience of working in projects delivering significant business performance improvement and responsible for the implementation of streams of work to tight timescales.
Experience of working to tight deadlines, under pressure and delivering thorough high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty
Experience of delivering change thorough working across multi-functional teams
Desirable Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience in, and/or detailed understanding of health care industry
Experience in defining and executing analysis requirements, and using data to inform decision making
Experience of presenting to wide range of stakeholders and developing communications materials
Knowledge and experience of risk management, root cause analysis and incident management
