Fixed Term Contract 12 months

Full time 37.5 hours
Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Salary from £57,800 to £65,000 per annum dependent on experience

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you'll help streamline and manage our banking and cash management processes, ensuring they're efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused. How you'll help us make health happen
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you'll:
Support the delivery and management of banking and cash management solutions
Document current transactions and costs, and work with project teams to identify improvements and savings
Design and manage end-to-end testing, ensuring all scenarios meet internal and external requirements
Coordinate with banks and partners to ensure readiness for go-live
Document new processes and arrange training where needed
Monitor Treasury and Banking interfaces daily
Manage bank account openings, reporting, and interface setups
Review bank charges through RFP processes
Ensure robust controls are in place to minimise operational risk
Key skills/qualifications needed for this role
We're looking for someone who's confident, analytical, and collaborative. You'll bring:
Working towards or holding a Treasury or Project qualification (e.g. AMCT, PRINCE)
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in treasury operations and project delivery is essential
A working knowledge of international and domestic payment methods, including e-wallets
Familiarity with XML ISO20022, secure bank connectivity (H2H, APIs), and electronic banking platforms
Experience with credit card collections and cash management
A good understanding of treasury products and instruments
Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
