As TPRM Framework and Oversight Lead, you'll join our Group Operational Resilience team and take ownership of the design, implementation and oversight of third party risk frameworks. You'll work across Bupa's Market Units and Group Functions to ensure consistent standards, regulatory alignment and strategic direction.
How you'll help us make health happen
Lead the strategic direction of TPRM across Bupa
Accountable for the development and implementation of third party risk management frameworks, accountable for design and report on controls and key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior committees
Ensure adherence to Group frameworks across Market Units
Ensure regulatory requirements are reflected in TPRM documentation
Support Market Units in implementing their operating model and strategy
Lead TPRM committee meetings and ensure effective governance
Collaborate with stakeholders across Group and Market Units
Provide guidance and support on embedding third party risk practices
Contribute to communications and engagement around TPRM activities
Skills & Experience needed for this role:
Demonstratable understanding of Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk and Operational Risk
Significant, proven experience developing and implementing TPRM frameworks, preferably within insurance, finance or banking industry.
Significant leadership experience within Third Party Risk Management
A confident decision maker with a strong technical foundation.
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills; confidently navigates, influences and communicates across all levels of leadership, cultures, geographies and languages.
Demonstratable experience of achieving successful outcomes through consultation, negotiation and conciliation.
Forward looking with a high attention to detail and a methodical, analytical mindset
Able to demonstrate creative, objective and lateral thinking when working under pressure and managing competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to act with good judgement and discretion
Awareness of Bupa's products and marketplaces
