Reporting into the Director of Group Corporate Governance, this role will support the administrative aspects of the Group Corporate Governance function. You will be working primarily with the Board Support Manager and supporting the Group Company Secretary and two Directors of Group Corporate Governance.

How you'll help us make health happen:

Day-to day you will be assisting with:

  • diary management of three senior members of the function;

  • organising team meetings, Board and Board committee, and Association Member meetings;

  • monitoring and maintaining the function's mailbox and calendar;

  • general office duties and administrative support;

  • organising national and international travel and itineraries for the Bupa Board non-executive directors (NEDs) and three senior members of the function; and

  • processing monthly expenses and invoices for approval.

What you'll bring:

  • Good comprehension and writing skills. 

  • Office, planning and organisational skills and experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages.

  • Experience of working on own initiative and within a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able and willing to collaborate, be flexible, self-motivated, and a customer-focused team player.
