Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
12 month fixed-term contract

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
How you'll help us make health happen
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level, confidential support to the Chief Brand and External Communications Officer. You'll be trusted to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Managing complex diaries, email inbox, meetings and travel across multiple time zones.
Preparing presentations, reports and board-level documents
Handling sensitive correspondence and acting as a key point of contact.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and venues.
Supporting internal events (virtual and in-person) for 150+ delegates.
Managing expenses, invoices and budget tracking.
Maintaining accurate records, distribution lists and organisational charts.
Acting as a mentor to other assistants in the function.
Collaborating with other Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across Bupa.
You'll also play a key role in planning future meetings and supporting confidential projects.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who's proactive, professional and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need:
Strong experience as a PA or EA, supporting senior executives or board-level leaders.
Excellent organisational and planning skills - always thinking ahead.
Strong judgement and the confidence to make decisions on behalf of others when required.
A calm, solutions-focused mindset with great problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience managing events from start to finish.
Brilliant communication skills - written and verbal.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Discretion, diplomacy and resilience when handling sensitive information.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships.
