Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers in the core Azure Cloud Platform (ACP) team
Deliver and manage the platform backlog, including:
Security compliance and policy updates
Development and improvement of accelerators
Evergreen maintenance and tech debt remediation
Monitoring, alerting, and FinOps tagging
Collaborate with product teams to support CI/CD pipeline implementation
Ensure infrastructure aligns with service expectations and security standards
Oversee release planning and configuration management
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovation
Support testing strategies, both manual and automated
Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle
Promote a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies
Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with configuration and release management tools
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and cost optimisation in cloud environments
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Knowledge of SFIA Level 4-5 competencies is a plus
