Salary: £75,000 + excellent benefits
Location : Cromwell Hospital, London, SW5 0TU - Hybrid working
Contract type: Permanent
Shift pattern: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

As a Technology Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare at Bupa Global, Work closely with London Diagnostics centres & secondary care centres BUPA London, to understand operational challenges and inform a digital mindset that supports Connected care pathways. Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Business Partner, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor for technology and business change.
Collaborate with business leaders to shape and influence the digital agenda. Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring IT strategies support business objectives.
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business. Serve as a primary point of contact between business units and IT, ensuring alignment, transparency, and responsiveness.
Represent the business in IT-led projects, ensuring outcomes align with business goals. Champion change and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Identify opportunities where emerging technology can create competitive advantage or operational efficiency. Drive business cases that support innovation, business growth and efficiency.
Work with business functions to capture and prioritise technology needs, translating them into structured initiatives and roadmaps that reflect business priorities. Meet with Senior Management heads to establish and document their IT requirement, document business cases, project funding, cost modelling, supplier discussions, collaborating with technical architects to understand the impact on the technology roadmap. Subsequent evaluation of outcomes and User Experience reporting.
Apply outstanding insight into how to deliver long-term, large-scale change and execute objectives in a complex environment, creating a performance culture where both efficiency and effectiveness matter.
persuade and influence at all levels, creating a culture of trust, openness, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork. Understands the full complexity of the political landscape within the organisation and networks powerfully internally and externally to enhance the reputation of the organisation to get things done.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will need:
3/4+ years in Business Process Mapping / Business Partnering type roles, ideally gained a healthcare environment
Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders
Strong desire to drive User Experience at all times and awareness of the User Journey throughout all new business cases / projects
Good supplier management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently across the team and a wide variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrable understanding and experience with associated technology costs and ability to drive effective solutions based on improved services, cost-efficiency and benefits realisation
Energy and drive to engage with all key stakeholders
Alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.
Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels.
Successful delivery of IT projects (on time, within budget, meeting requirements).
Innovation and improvement in business processes through technology.
