As TPRM Governance and Reporting Senior Manager, you'll join our Group Operational Resilience team and lead the development of reporting and analytics tools that help us monitor and manage third party risk. You'll work across Bupa's Market Units and Group Functions to deliver insights that support decision-making and strengthen our operational resilience.
How you'll help us make health happen
Lead the design and implementation of third party risk reporting for senior management
Build and maintain tooling solutions and dashboards to monitor third party risks
Ensure data governance and accuracy across multiple business units
Develop and interpret management information (MI) and metrics for various audiences
Document processes, risks and recommendations in line with policy and regulation
Collaborate with stakeholders across Group and Market Units to embed TPRM requirements
Provide guidance and support on third party risk management implementation
Contribute to communications and engagement around third party risk activities
Skills & Experience needed for this role:
Extensive understanding and experience in developing and implementing TPRM reporting, ideally within an FSA regulated business
Strong understanding of Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk and Operational Risk
Proven leadership experience in BI, analytics or data engineering
Hands-on experience with Power BI and tooling development
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to deliver a clear and compelling message across all levels, cultures and languages
Has a methodical, analytical mindset; highly experienced in gathering, analysing, and interpreting business requirements
Able to demonstrate creative, objective and lateral thinking when working under pressure
Sound judgement and discretion, especially when handling sensitive matters
