As a Fulfilment Specialist, you'll be at the heart of delivering an excellent experience for our customers. You'll make sure that every interaction and every document is handled with care and accuracy, supporting our mission to provide world-class health and care services.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a real difference to customers every day.
How you'll help us make health happen
Take ownership of customer fulfilment enquiries, ensuring swift and accurate resolution.
Maintain and update customer records in our systems, making sure information is always correct.
Track and manage regulated documents, including scanning and updating governance systems.
Comply with all regulatory and governance requirements, including FCA standards and Treating Customers Fairly.
Achieve targets for turnaround times, quality, and first-time resolution.
Contact customers to update details when mail is returned and ensure records are accurate.
Support new team members and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas.
Be a role model for outstanding behaviours and customer service within the team.
Key skills/Qualifications needed for this role
Strong customer focus and a track record of meeting productivity and quality targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic is essential
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Competency in Microsoft Office software is required
