Senior Specialist Recruiter
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Contract: Hybrid - between 2-3 days in the office per week
Fixed term contract - 40 hours per week

Our Talent Acquisitions team play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of the Bupa business, ensuring that we attract engaged and talented individuals across all our hospitals, clinics, practices, contact centres and specialist support centre roles. Driving the delivery of our resourcing strategy and ensuring both our candidates and Hiring Managers have an unforgettable recruitment experience.

How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Developing strong working relationships within Talent Acquisitions and across the broader Bupa business, through regular catch-up calls and attendance of recruitment meetings
  • Proactively search and source talent, through a multi-channel strategy,
  • Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with candidates, utilising both inhouse management systems and social media networks
  • Pre-screening candidates, ensuring they meet the role requirements, and fit with the Bupa culture and values
  • Continually developing, replenishing and managing talent pools using both traditional and innovative means
  • Ensure candidates have a wow experience, whether they are internal, external or international
  • Work with HR teams to effectively redeploy employees should the need arise

Key Skills needed for these roles:

  • Understanding of Egyptian labour laws, payroll and recruitment processes.
  • Significant resourcing experience, either within an agency, or in-house resourcing team
  • In depth experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience of managing high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving stretching targets
  • Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with a focus on driving best in class performance within resourcing
  • Excellent command of English for regular interaction with UK colleagues.
  • Collaborative, flexible attitude with excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Experience working for a international Business
