Berkeley House Care Home (Hull, HU9 4UW)
Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week
Up to £65,000 (including a 30% Management Bonus + fabulous Bupa benefits & private healthcare)

Your Role:
As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.

Set in Bilton Grange just next to Alderman Kneeshaw Park, Berkeley House has excellent transport links from Hull. The home provides residential care for those living with dementia. With a real family feel, the team are passionate about providing person centred care, championing dignity and independence - organising a wide variety of activities meaning there's no typical day here. As part of the team, you're supported from day one to learn, develop and encouraged to progress.
