Consumer Segment Manager
Location: Kenya, Nairobi
Hybrid role: (Office/Field Based)

Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

The Consumer Segment Manager position is a key role responsible for driving considerable new business growth within the SME space amongst top tier brokers. The role will require significant face to face business engagement with top producing IPMI brokers facilitating strong and consistent sales growth.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Develop new and stronger business relationships with a defined number of key intermediaries
Support the renewal of all existing business held within the applicable broker panel
Achieve all sales, revenue and profit targets
To report clear & accurate pipeline data and forecasting
To build and consistently deliver a strong sales presentation deck
Build strong robust broker development plans and identify commercial opportunity for Bupa Global
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Experience of both intermediary distribution and direct within the healthcare space is essential
IPMI experience would be key, but is not a pre-requisite
CII or IIK qualification
Business Development Management experience is desirable
Experience in consultative selling, as opposed to transactional
Demonstrate a strong track record of auditable business growth in the healthcare market
A dynamic, credible, and articulate presenter
A demonstrable strong interest in international business
