We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive forward new commercial opportunities and support the exciting growth strategy of King Edward VII's Hospital.
In this influential, on‑site role, you will shape and deliver innovative clinical and commercial projects, strengthen consultant relationships, and help expand our service offering in line with patient and consultant needs.
Working at the heart of our Harley Street hospital, you will collaborate with senior leaders and clinical teams to create impactful propositions that enhance our reputation for world‑class private healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Support the design, development and delivery of new commercial opportunities and projects aligned with the hospital's strategic growth plan.
Collaborate with the Business Development Director and wider commercial team to deliver annual strategic development plans and achieve growth targets across the hospital and outpatient centres.
Build strong relationships with consultants, acting as a key point of contact to identify opportunities and support the development of new and existing consultant pipelines.
Lead or support the scoping, planning and implementation of new or enhanced clinical services, ensuring smooth rollout and operational success.
Work closely with marketing, GP Liaison and clinical teams to support the launch of consultants, services, and growth initiatives.
Maintain a strong onsite presence to drive consultant engagement, support communication, and strengthen networks within the hospital.
Contribute to wider strategy, supporting cross‑team projects and ensuring delivery of agreed KPIs and objectives.
Produce reporting and insights to support decision‑making, including KPI inputs, project evaluation, and post‑implementation reviews.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
Holds relevant hospital‑based project or service‑delivery experience with strong consultant‑management skills and a solid understanding of the independent healthcare sector.
Communicates confidently at all levels
Able to research, scope, and develop business plans and deliver them effectively.
Shows excellent attention to detail and manages multiple deadlines with ease.
Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.
Builds strong professional relationships and takes ownership of their work.
Highly organised, disciplined, flexible, and able to manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with good working knowledge of Excel.
