Job Title: Regulatory Manager

Location: Working from Home with very occasional site visits
Type: Permanent - 15 hours per week (2 days per week) Flexibility on days
Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum (Depending on experience) plus Management Bonus & fantastic benefit package

Role Overview: As a Regulatory Manager, you will oversee and support the regulatory process for Bupa Care Services (BCS) across key care regulators. Your responsibilities include providing regulatory advice to the business, facilitating continuous improvement in quality standards, processes, procedures, and reporting. You'll also review and support regulatory correspondence and track compliance outcomes. Occasional travel may be required for this. You will be based from home although may be required to attend the Kirkstall Forge office or care homes when required.
