£13.10 per hour - Paid breaks
Permanent. Full time, 40 hours per week on various shift patterns between 08:00-20:00 and alternative weekends

Our Restaurant Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring residents and customers receive high-quality dining experiences. They oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain hygiene standards, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their leadership ensures that meals are nutritious, delicious, and served with care, contributing significantly to the residents' overall well-being and satisfaction.

You'll help us make health happen by:
Leading on staff supervisory duties such as training and mentoring new members of the front of house team, adhering to Richmond Village standards at all times.
Supervising front of house staff to ensure correct procedures are followed.
Supporting with the organisation of functions as required, including liaising with the kitchen team, arranging menus and organising seating plans.
Ensuring that each service is managed to the highest standard, including serving meals, setting up tables, serving drinks from the bar and keeping the dining rooms tidy.
Managing alternative meal choice requests as required and ensuring customer's dietary requirements are adhered to.
Ensuring the smooth and friendly delivery of room service meals.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You should have experience supervising a team in a hospitality or catering setting and possess a CIEH Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety (or its equivalent). As a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, you will foster relationships with our residents, adopting a person-centred approach. You are organized, adaptable, and maintain a professional demeanor. You excel in teamwork but are also capable of independent initiative. By setting a positive example, you understand the significance of crafting and providing a superior hospitality experience.
