We're now looking for a Head of Connected Care Strategy & Performance to play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering our Connected Care ambition across Health Services.
This is a high‑impact, commercially focused leadership role at the heart of our strategy-connecting our funding businesses with service delivery to ensure we deliver seamless, high‑quality customer experiences while achieving our growth ambitions.
You'll operate as a key member of the leadership team, translating strategy into delivery, ensuring alignment across complex stakeholder groups, and driving performance across one of Bupa's most important strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the development and execution of the Connected Care strategic plan, ensuring delivery against both short‑term targets and long‑term growth ambitions.
Define and deliver the Connected Care strategy aligned to Savannah ambition and Health Services growth plans
Lead the planning and prioritisation of initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple business units and stakeholders
Own delivery of UKI revenue and key performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Use data and insights to demonstrate customer outcomes, service performance and commercial value
Act as the primary relationship lead for UKI and Bupa Global, influencing strategic direction and demand shaping
Build strong relationships across funding, provision and functional teams to enable effective decision‑making
Oversee Connected Care performance and outcome data, ensuring continuous improvement and transparency
What we're looking for
Experience & capability
Proven experience leading strategy, performance or transformation in a complex, matrix environment
Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to deliver against revenue and growth targets
Experience of working across multiple stakeholders and business units, influencing at senior level
Bold, confident and comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
