Job Description:
As an Intermediate Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality analytics, dashboards, and automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements, support healthcare initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of data quality and insight.
- Lead complex data analysis projects and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and optimise advanced dashboards and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau).
- Use expert-level Excel skills for modelling, automation, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding and influencing their requirements.
- Drive and implement process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Apply deep healthcare knowledge to analytics and reporting.
- Communicate findings effectively to all levels of the organisation.
- Develop and maintain advanced scripts and statistical models (SQL, R, Python).
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
- Design, optimise, and automate data pipelines using Snowflake; leverage advanced Snowflake features for analytics and performance tuning.
