As Reward Programmes Manager, you'll play an important part in making sure our reward programmes are clear, well-governed and delivered smoothly. You'll help shape and improve processes that support fair, consistent and well-managed reward decisions across Bupa. You'll also work closely with senior stakeholders, Group Finance and auditors, helping make sure key reward activity is accurate, compliant and easy to understand.
This is a great opportunity to bring your reward expertise into a global people team, where your work will support better colleague experiences and strengthen how we manage reward across the business.
Key Responsibilities
As Reward Programmes Manager, you'll:
Lead the preparation of executive and non-executive remuneration data for annual reporting, including the Directors' Remuneration Report and subsidiary accounts.
Work with Group Finance, auditors and senior stakeholders to support accurate, compliant reward reporting and executive reward activities.
Support the delivery of the annual performance and reward cycle, helping to ensure a consistent and well-governed approach across the organisation.
Create and maintain reward processes, templates and controls that support efficient programme delivery and high-quality data management.
Own the global long-term incentive plan database and help make sure reward data is accurate, reliable and compliant.
Develop clear and engaging communications that make complex reward information easy for stakeholders to understand.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen governance and enhance ways of working.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to a Reward Advisor, helping them develop and succeed in their role.
What We're Looking For
Degree level or equivalent education, 3 + years' experience in Reward related discipline, ideally gained in a global or complex organisation.
A strong technical reward knowledge and a track record of delivering reward activity to a high standard.
Confidence working with data, with the ability to take complex reward information and explain it in a clear, simple way to senior stakeholders.
Strong planning and change orientation, able to clearly translate technical experience into action as well as an ability to easily adapt and respond to change and ambiguity.
Strong Microsoft Office skills are important, especially Excel, including charts, graphs and pivot tables.
Experience using HR systems would be helpful, and knowledge of Workday would be beneficial.
Most importantly, you'll care about doing things well. You'll be comfortable working with confidential information, following governance processes and helping improve how things are done.
