Analytics Insights Specialist - Bupa Global (BES) (Fixed Term - 12 months)
Bupa Egypt - District 5 Campus - Building B07, Ain Sokhna Road, New Cairo 11361
Fixed Term (12 month contract) - 40 hours per week
Hybrid Working (1 day per week in office)

Role Overview
This role, reporting to the Lead Digital Analytics Manager is a fantastic
opportunity to improve the Digital experience of our customers, through
enabling key stakeholders to make data driven decisions.
Bringing a passion for data and insights, you will partner with the business to
understand their needs, designing data capture, providing the necessary
information and distilling complex analysis into simple insights.
The Digital Analytics team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders,
providing reporting, analysis and information to support decision making, as
well as being responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Digital
Analytics tools across multiple domains.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting through Adobe Analytics and
Power BI
Provide ad hoc detailed analysis on the performance of campaigns and Digital products
Identify opportunities to improve the Digital customer experience
through high quality analysis
Produce and share actionable insights, presented in a clear and easy to digest manner
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand measurement requirements and design the data capture for new websites and features
Support the implementation of marketing tags and Digital Analytics tools
What you will need:
Experience designing / building implementations of Adobe Analytics
Extensive experience using Adobe Analytics to provide reporting and analysis
Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)
High attention to detail
Understanding of UK and European data legalisation - GDPR
Ability to distil complexity into simple digestible information
Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of bringing others along with you
Experience using SQL advantageous
Tag management experience of Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch advantageous including implementation of 3rd party marketing tag and understanding of 3rd party marketing tagging advantageous
An understanding of data, privacy and consent legislation (e.g: GDPR and PECR)
