Role Overview
The Corporate Product Executive will work as part of a successful high performing team focussing on all IPMI products administered by Bupa Global in the various markets that we operate around the globe. Using strong business understanding and experience of being a customer champion you will support delivering the Bupa Global Value Proposition, demonstrate our understanding of the customer requirements and the difference we can make to workplace health and wellbeing.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Prepare, create and maintain products for all customer types (individual, SME, Corporate and PPAs).
Build and maintain products on SWAN according to defined requirements ensuring capability and within rules
Continuous improvement in the onboarding and renewal of customers/clients
Work closely with the colleagues in various departments and across the globe to ensure we can sustainably administer products
Produce membership guides for Corporate and PPAs on WRAPs platform for the renewal and implementation of groups in a timely manner, liaising with Medical Policy and Compliance teams when bespoke wordings are required
Investigate and provide solutions with claims and product enquiries to ensure the customer experience is optimised
Work closely with the implementation coordinators to deliver and support the implementation process of new groups
Acting as a subject matter expert to business projects, providing knowledge and support in the configuration of new products
What you'll need:
A background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management
Sound technical knowledge of Bupa Global operating system or ability to quickly learn core functionality
Project management experience/skills
Advanced MC Office skills specifically Excel are a key requirement of the role. Use of Word, Powerpoint, MS Project knowledge is a plus
High standard of written and spoken English
Advanced interpersonal, social, communication and presentation skills
Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively and work to deadlines
Ability to identify problems and resolve them independently
Excellent attention to detail
An enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative and proactive to actively coordinate and support the product agenda
Comfortable with engaging people at all levels, including senior stakeholders
Good interpersonal skills, personal gravitas and ability to develop business credibility
