As a Finance Analyst - Consumer, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering insight, driving performance, and supporting growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the relevant commercial drivers and a passion to consistently improve and deliver a great customer experience. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, using your analytical skills to help us make the right choices for our customers and our business. Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve weekly and monthly performance reporting for the Consumer segment.
Deliver high-quality, accurate analysis that supports clear, fact-based decision making.
Identify and escalate risks to business targets, helping us stay on track.
Support financial modelling and evaluation of new products and propositions.
Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a trusted partner.
Provide forward-looking financial insight and challenge to drive commercial success.
Champion best practice in analytics and share knowledge across the Finance team.
Keep the customer at the heart of everything you do, ensuring fair treatment and great outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative, and confident working with data. You'll need to be:
Experience working in a Finance role with use of PowerBI or similar analytical tools is essential
A natural problem solver with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Skilled in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint - and comfortable working with large data sets.
Organised, adaptable and able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
A great communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and influence others.
Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering a great customer experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
