Design Operations Executive
Salford Quays, M50 3SP – Hybrid
12 month FTC
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
£35,000

We're looking for a Design Operations Executive to join and support our 35+ team of Experience Designers. You will work alongside the Design Operations and Design Systems Manager and a team of Product Designers, UX Researchers and Content Designers.
You will ensure that our design team is set up for success. From managing equipment, tools and systems, to understanding, innovating and improving the Bupa design process. You will create safe, collaborative spaces and empower those around you to do their best work.
You will also work with colleagues from across the business, including designers, delivery managers and product owners. You will be helping to improve ways of working, removing blockers and understanding needs to make design processes more efficient.
This is a varied role with lots of different responsibilities, so being highly organised and being able to prioritise your workload is a must.
