Salary starting at £51,400 per annum (DOE) plus fantastic Bupa Benefits including 10% bonus

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in helping our teams make informed decisions that support our mission. You'll be part of the BGIUK Finance function, working closely with our Executive Team and senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge thinking, and help shape the future of health and care at Bupa.

How you'll help us make health happen
Provide financial control and insight across one or more functions within BGIUK.
Deliver clear, executive-level commentary and reporting on functional finances.
Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, investment appraisals and scenario planning.
Collaborate with teams across Bupa to ensure accurate forecasting, planning and reporting.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and challenger.
Key skills / qualifications needed for this role
Professional accountancy qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is essential
Experience in business partnering at Executive Team level, with strong influencing skills is required
Skilled in financial modelling and investment appraisal.
Confident communicator - able to present complex financial insights in a clear, engaging way to stakeholders of all levels.
Experience in healthcare or regulated financial services is a plus.
