As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our business. You'll provide financial insight and challenge assumptions to make sure our transformation programmes deliver real value. You'll also support our Sales teams with accurate reporting and incentive management, helping us grow and serve more customers.
This is your chance to influence strategic decisions, work closely with senior leaders, and make a real impact on how we deliver health and care.
How you'll help us make health happen
Partner with Transformation teams to provide financial insight and support delivery of strategic initiatives.
Lead financial input into business cases, ensuring robust cost-benefit analysis.
Track benefits realisation and complete post-implementation reviews for major projects.
Own and deliver regular sales performance reporting, including revenue tracking and pipeline analysis.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness.
Manage the end-to-end process for Sales Incentive Payments (SIP), ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Support budgeting and forecasting for Transformation and Sales functions.
Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
Qualified accountant is necessary - please specify your qualification on your application
Previous experience in Finance Business Partnering is required
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
Proven experience in business case appraisals is essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
