UK / Hybrid (regular travel to Bupa offices)
Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Lead our clinician attraction strategy: Designing and delivering a market-leading approach to attract self-employed dentists and specialists across the UK and Ireland.
Modernise and lead end-to-end recruitment: Oversee recruitment for all employed and practice-based roles - from nurses to operational teams
Transform our team and tools: Build a high-performing, inclusive recruitment team. Introduce smarter, more agile ways of working, and optimise our systems
Champion our brand and candidate experience: Bring our employer brand to life
Collaborate and influence: Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, People and Commercial teams
Collaborative, commercial, and people-focused leader who thrives on driving change
Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership - ideally in healthcare or retail
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Ideally knowledge of clinical or self-employed talent markets
A track record of transforming recruitment teams, systems, and experiences
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leaders
Data literacy and the ability to use insights to drive improvement
A passion for inclusion, talent development, and purpose-led culture
