Job Description:
Health Assessments Booking Advisor – Webchat
Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester / Hybrid (3 days working from home once fully trained)
Permanent. 37.5 hours. Mon–Fri. Shifts between 8am–8pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-4pm and will get a week day off)
£26,500 per annum + Performance based bonus
This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self-pay or corporate customers, selling and assisting them in booking their Health Assessment, MSK appointments, GP visit and many more primary care products via the phone or webchat.
You'll help us make health happen by
Working towards achieving a monthly and annual revenue target
Arrange appointments within our Bupa clinics
Communicate with customers either via the telephone, email or webchat
Work with the eligibility & contracts team to ensure corporate customers are covered
Offer upgrades and cross-sell other products
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
Experience working in a customer service sales environment
Ability to demonstrate strong customer focused skills while up-selling additional products
PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages
The ability to combine communication and admin skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment
Ability to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and be responsible for both individual and team targets
Be able to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a ‘can do' attitude within the team/department
